<p>Want to know an easy way to get fancy decorated cookies directly out of the oven, no waiting for cooling or fussing with a piping bag!</p>
<p>Easy two ingredients</p>
<p>Turbinado sugar<br />
Edible gold dust(found at michaels crafts or Williams Sonoma, possibly other kitchen stores as well)</p>
<p><a href="http://bakingwithsneakers.com/blogs/athome/files/2011/11/20111127-0955131.jpg"><img class="alignnone size-full" src="http://bakingwithsneakers.com/blogs/athome/files/2011/11/20111127-0955131.jpg" alt="20111127-095513.jpg" /></a></p>
<p>Mix 1/8 teaspoon gold dust with<br />
1/2 cup of turbinado sugar</p>
<p>Mix until all sugar is coated in dust</p>
<p>Next using whatever recipe you like</p>
<p>I used<br />
<a href="http://bakingwithsneakers.com/blogs/intheoven/2010/12/14/new-favorite-gingerbread-recipe/">http://bakingwithsneakers.com/blogs/intheoven/2010/12/14/new-favorite-gingerbread-recipe/</a></p>
<p>Take your cut out cookies and slightly press into the sugar( I found it easiest to work with by putting the mixed sugar on a plate)<br />
<a href="http://bakingwithsneakers.com/blogs/athome/files/2011/11/gingerhouse-001-Medium.jpg"><img class="alignnone size-medium wp-image-487" title="gingerhouse 001 (Medium)" src="http://bakingwithsneakers.com/blogs/athome/files/2011/11/gingerhouse-001-Medium-300x225.jpg" alt="" width="300" height="225" /></a><br />
Now you just place cookies sugar side up on your pan for baking<br />
Once pan is full, bake for allotted amount of time that your recipe calls for and voila! Decorated cookies!!</p>
<p><a href="http://bakingwithsneakers.com/blogs/athome/files/2011/11/20111127-095934.jpg"><img class="alignnone size-full" src="http://bakingwithsneakers.com/blogs/athome/files/2011/11/20111127-095934.jpg" alt="20111127-095934.jpg" /></a></p>
