add 1/4 cup of nuts if you want or chocolate chips or both!

1 tablespoon grated lemon zest (outer yellow skin of the lemon)(I omitted ’cause I didnt have any)
3 tablespoons poppy seeds
13 tablespoons earth balance margarine, softened

I made an easy glaze with icing sugar a bit of marg and lemon juice
pour it on while still warm

half a cup of nuts(walnuts, pecans…)
3/4 cup brown sugar
2 eggs, beaten
2 1/3 cups mashed overripe bananas ( or microwave some bananas until mushy)
